MOVE ON SCHEME

This scheme consists of self-contained flats or houses located

throughout Bassetlaw. They are carpeted and fitted with a fridge,

a cooker and a washing machine.

Tenants receive a number of visits from a Support Worker which

range between 1-5 per week. All appointments are mutually agreed in advance.

This scheme is aimed towards young people who have lower support needs.
